Renovation project of a rustic

The project is a historic building, located in the center of Volastra, in the Cinque Terre park. L’intervention, rehabilitation conservative, seeks to recover the preserved parts of the building, the reconstruction of the missing parts in compliance with the existing pattern, the external areas and the improvement of energy performance. The architectural redefinition of prospects reconstructed retains the characteristics of existing ones: the ‘opening of new windows takes account of’ adjustment to the health and hygiene legislation, the respect of the surrounding buildings and the preliminary analysis of the site.
